Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
Exceptions - When a Claim May Be Approved:
Unopened items: May be eligible for return and full refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information.
Defects, damage, or incorrect items: While opened items are not eligible for standard returns, they may qualify for a replacement if the product has a verified manufacturing fault or arrived damaged or incorrect. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement if the exact item is in stock. If unavailable, we may offer a replacement with a similar item of equal value or, if preferred, issue a full refund.
We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label if a physical return is required.
Note: We review the return or disposal of defective items on a case-by-case basis. Please do not discard your item until you receive official instructions from our team, as we may require a physical return for verification.
Claim Requirements
To be eligible for any claim under these exceptions, the following conditions must be met:
- The item was purchased directly through glastoy.com (for external purchases, please refer to the original retailer's policy).
- The shipping address is within the continental United States or Alaska.
- You provide supporting evidence, such as clear photos or videos of the defect or delivery damage.

We do not take responsibility for items lost during delivery or stolen after delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email cs@glastoy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.
- Wait for our Customer Service team to review your request and respond with a decision within 2 business days.
- For unopened returns: Ship the item with your original purchase receipt and provide tracking information.
- For defects/damage: Follow the specific return or disposal instructions provided by our team.
Refund Processing
Refunds for unopened returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected by our warehouse. Refunds for approved defect/damage claims will be processed within 5-7 business days of claim approval. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
All refund and replacement decisions are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
