3-Year Warranty Details
Gläs provides a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase on all products. This warranty is supplementary to any warranty rights provided by law in your state of purchase.
What's Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures of the product under normal use.
What's Not Covered
- External damage due to normal wear and tear
- Accident-related damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage resulting from failure to follow operating or care instructions
- Damage from improper use or tampering with the product

Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for warranty coverage:
- The item must have been purchased directly through glastoy.com (for external purchases, please refer to the original retailer's warranty policy)
- The shipping address must be within the continental United States or Alaska
- You must provide proof of purchase and supporting evidence (clear photos or videos of the defect)
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email cs@glastoy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect
- Our Customer Service team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will offer a replacement if the exact item is in stock. If unavailable, we may offer a replacement with a similar item of equal value or, if preferred, issue a full refund
- Follow the specific return or disposal instructions provided by our team. We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label if a physical return is required
Note: We review the return or disposal of defective items on a case-by-case basis. Please do not discard your item until you receive official instructions from our team, as we may require a physical return for verification.
