Can I add or remove items from my order?

If you would like to add or remove items to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at cs@glastoy.com or through our contact form on our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and details of the amendment to your order.

Please note that if we have already processed your order, unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations once an order has been processed and/or shipped. In this case, you may be eligible for a return and refund only if the package has not been opened. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Is glass safe to use as a pleasure toy?

Made from durable borosilicate glass, the Glas pleasure toys are engineered to resist all kinds of thermal and chemical conditions. They can be heated or cooled for enhanced sensation without risking any damage to the toy.

They are also extremely body-safe, easy to clean, and are even dishwasher-safe.

Glass toys will never break while in (proper) use, however, a glass toy may become damaged if it is dropped. If you notice any cracks or stresses, immediately stop using that glass dildo. It’s recommended that you not even take any chances with a glass dildo that has been dropped — even if there aren’t any noticeable cracks or damage.

Is Glas body-safe?

Glas toys are hypoallergenic and extremely hygienic. You’ll never worry about bacteria sneaking into any crevices of a glass toy because it is nonporous. Glas toys are easy to clean with soap and water, as well as are dishwasher-safe. They are also compatible with all lubricants to make your experience the most comfortable, safe, and pleasurable that you have ever fantasized about.

How do I properly care for my Glas toy?

Glass toys can be one of your most lasting toys when they are cared for properly. Always clean your toy after every use with soap and warm water, or antibacterial toy cleaner or in the dishwasher. Allow the toy to dry and then immediately store your toy in a soft pouch or a lined case to keep your it safe from chipping against hard surfaces.

What health and safety precautions do you take? (COVID19)

The manufacturing team behind the Glas collection has taken several precautionary measures to ensure that we are upholding recommended safety guidelines and ensuring the safety of our staff and a comfortable environment.

Among the many safety measures that we have implemented include:

  • Reducing the number of staff per shift; maintaining six feet distance at all times;
  • Frequent cleaning and breaks for cleaning/sanitization of packing stations;
  • As well as the required use of masks and hand sanitizer.

Due to our increased safety measures, shipping time may be impacted. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
Getting started with your brand new Glas pleasure toy

When you first receive your Glas pleasure toy, inspect the item for any cracks or chipping. Once you’ve confirmed that your toy is free of any damage, it’s time to wash it thoroughly. Use soap and warm water, or an antibacterial toy cleaner to wash your toy before use. You can also choose to put it in the dishwasher for cleaning — Glas toys are safe for all kinds of washing.

Are glass toys dishwasher safe?

Yes! For extra convenience, glass toys can be cleaned by putting them on the top rack of your dishwasher. It is recommended to not use dishwasher soap to clean in order to avoid getting residue on your toy.




Warranty, Returns, & Refunds

Do you process returns and refunds?

We are only able to process refunds on unopened items. Unfortunately due to the nature of the products, we are unable to process any returns or refunds outside of special circumstances for items that have been removed from their packaging.

Returns and refunds can only be processed, with accompanying evidence, for orders that have been:

  • Damaged due to a production fault within the 3-year warranty period
  • Damaged on delivery

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 3-year warranty from the purchase date on the purchase receipt. This warranty is supplementary to the warranty rights in the state of purchase. The warranty covers the function of the product. It does not include external damages due to normal wear or accident-related damage, misuse, or negligence.

The warranty does not apply in the event of failure to observe the operating or assembly instructions. The validity of the warranty expires in case of improper use or tampering Only warranty claims for production faults and defects or damage on delivery will be processed.

To claim a warranty, please get in touch at cs@glastoy.com and a customer service representative will contact you within 2 working days.




Billing, Shipping, & Packaging

Will my order be packaged discreetly?

We take utmost care to protect your privacy. All orders on Glas are packaged in discreet plain brown boxes with no mention of the contents inside.

Will the shipping labels be discreet?

The shipping labels will make no mention of the products in your package or their nature to protect your privacy.

My package arrived damaged, how do I get a replacement?

Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please get in touch with us at cs@glastoy.com and include your order details as well as some pictures of the damages. We will be sure to help you get everything sorted as soon as possible!

How can I get a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking number(s) to the email address provided.

I haven’t received a tracking number yet.

Sometimes it may take a day or two for your order to be shipped, depending on the volume of orders coming in. Please be rest assured that as soon as your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this moment, we only ship to the continental United States and Alaska.

I need to change my shipping address.

Should you require a change in the shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, we will be unable to change the shipping address.

I still haven’t received my order

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused! Please check if you have received an email from us confirming the shipment of your order. It may be possible that your order has not shipped yet.

If you have received your shipment confirmation email and/or the tracking code provided is indicating successful delivery, please get in touch with us at cs@glastor.com or through our Contact Us form and we will be in touch very soon to investigate this issue.

What will my purchase show up as in my credit card statement?

Our billing is discreet and as such, neither “Glas” nor any vocabulary associated with adult toys will appear in your billing statement. All purchases made through glastoty.com will show on your statement as “Electric EEL, Inc.”
