Please include your order number and details of the amendment. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at cs@glastoy.com within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return and full refund, provided the package remains unopened and is returned within 30 days of delivery.

All Gläs products are individually handcrafted using premium borosilicate glass, meaning slight variations in finish, color saturation, or dimensions may naturally occur between items.
Return Policy on Variations: Natural variations in size, finish, color, and appearance due to the handcrafted nature of our manufacturing process are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. These characteristics enhance the authenticity and uniqueness of your Gläs product.

Yes. Gläs toys are made from durable, hypoallergenic, and nonporous borosilicate glass. They are body-safe, compatible with all lubricants, and engineered to resist thermal and chemical conditions.
Safety Warning: While glass toys will not break during proper use, they may become damaged if dropped. If you notice any cracks or stresses, immediately stop using the toy - even if no visible damage is apparent.

Yes. Gläs toys are hypoallergenic, nonporous, and extremely hygienic. They can be cleaned easily with soap and warm water, an antibacterial toy cleaner, or placed on the top rack of your dishwasher. They are compatible with all lubricants.

Getting started with your brand new Glas pleasure toy
When you first receive your Glas pleasure toy, inspect the item for any cracks or chipping. Once you’ve confirmed that your toy is free of any damage, it’s time to wash it thoroughly. Use soap and warm water, or an antibacterial toy cleaner to wash your toy before use. You can also choose to put it in the dishwasher for cleaning — Glas toys are safe for all kinds of washing.

Yes! For extra convenience, glass toys can be cleaned by putting them on the top rack of your dishwasher. It is recommended to not use dishwasher soap to clean in order to avoid getting residue on your toy.
Warranty, Returns, & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
However, exceptions apply in the following circumstances:
Unopened items: May be eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information.
Defects, damage, or incorrect items: While opened items are not eligible for standard returns, they may qualify for a replacement if the product has a verified manufacturing fault or arrived damaged or incorrect. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. We will review the issue and offer a replacement if the exact item is in stock. If unavailable, we may offer a replacement with a similar item of equal value or, if preferred, issue a full refund. We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label if a physical return is required.
Note: We review the return or disposal of defective items on a case-by-case basis. Please do not discard your item until you receive official instructions from our team, as we may require a physical return for verification.

Gläs provides a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase on all products. This warranty is supplementary to any warranty rights provided by law in your state of purchase.
What's covered: Manufacturing defects and functional failures of the product under normal use.
What's not covered:
- External damage due to normal wear and tear
- Accident-related damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage resulting from failure to follow operating or care instructions
- Damage from improper use or tampering with the product

Yes. All orders are packaged in plain brown boxes with plain shipping labels that make no mention of the contents inside.

All orders have a 48-hour internal processing lead time before the FedEx transit window begins. While orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are usually shipped the same day. Once shipped via FedEx, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that FedEx Standard Overnight shipping is only available for delivery on weekdays.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email cs@glastoy.com immediately with your order details and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If the exact item is in stock, we will send a replacement. If unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equal value or a full refund.

We will email your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped via FedEx. Processing may take 1-2 business days depending on order volume.

Sometimes it may take a day or two for your order to be shipped, depending on the volume of orders coming in. Please be rest assured that as soon as your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

We currently ship to the continental United States and Alaska only. International shipping is coming soon - sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to new regions.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Because we ship our orders via FedEx, a physical residential or commercial address is required for delivery. Please ensure you provide a standard street address at checkout to avoid any delays or cancellations.

We are not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders shipped to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding service is placed at your own risk.
Why can't I ship my order to Alabama?

Due to current state regulations in Alabama (specifically the Anti-Obscenity Enforcement Act), we are unfortunately unable to process or ship orders to addresses within the state at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience and recommend checking back periodically for any updates to regional shipping policies. If an order was placed with an Alabama shipping address, it will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
