The piece itself is as expected. The packaging was way below par. There was no product packaging. The glass bare piece was wrapped in black bubble wrap and then placed inside a brown box and shipped. Almost like it was a used item! I might expect something like this from Amazon but not from Glas direct. I'm disappointed to say the least. I had planned on purchasing other glas products but now my confidence in the company has diminished. Why is there no product packaging? ...wont let me upload a picture-more frustration
